I went to this dealership knowing what I wanted, explained it to my salesman and shortly after they found the truck I wanted at a different dealership and got it for me. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. What I appreciate the most is the no pressure salesman, I have walked out of many dealerships as they tried to talk me into something I didn't want. I highly recommend them,and appreciate their honesty.
I drove to dealership, didn't look at anything on the lot. Salesperson [Nathan States] met me at the door. I knew what I wanted and told him. They didn't have the F 150 with the equipment I requested. They didn't try to sell me another truck. Nathan searched and located what I ask for some distance away at another dealership. Robert came by and we agreed on price. A couple days later Nathan called and said I could come by and pick up my new F 150. I was very well pleased with the experience.
I found my car on marketplace and called to see if we could come and look at it. From the moment we walked in we had the best experience. I will be getting my next car here and will recommend them to anyone who might be looking for a vehicle.

The two salesmen, Brandon and Chris, were very attentive to our needs and what we were searching for in our next Ford Explorer. Both of their follow-ups with us were top level. Could not ask for two better sales personnel to work with during our buying process.
However, the detail people were the opposite extreme. The Explorer had sticky substance on the 3rd row seating and other areas that were not cleaned. I came in a truck problem and they were very honest with it. I decided to move into a new truck before I made the drive back to Charleston. Had a specific ask for a new Maverick, Chris took the time to find what I wanted and made sure it was what I wanted.
Took my 2016 Ford fusion to the service center for several recalls, loss of brakes. Loss of steering & my passenger side doors swung open while driving. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my doors properly & now my door Lock indicator lights don’t work, and they broke my consul and stapled it back together! Unlike most of the dealerships in the cities, they offered the best price on a 2020 Outback Limited XT I was looking for in pristine condition. They took care of most of my paperwork in advance and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour! I've done some road tripping since, and I've been very happy with my purchase.

I had scheduled an appointment to have the trailer harness repaired on my 2018 Ford Escape with the service department. There was an open recall for my 2018 Ford Escape also I was not aware of. When I got the Escape back, Liz, in the Service Department, not only got the harness fixed, better than when I bought the vehicle, I might add, but also ensured the recall was handled. Shane, our salesman, ensured we had a loaner during the repair and service and handled everything for me.
